Pick the Platform that Meets Your Needs

We offer an unmatched range of progressive printing platforms – including sheet-fed/offset and digital printing.

Duke | Heeter will work with you to determine the most cost-effective printing solution to achieve your goals — taking into account the many factors that determine which printing process will maximize your return on investment.

Variable Data Printing

We specialize in digital, customizable variable data direct mail pieces, including loyalty programs, food offers and hotel offers. We produce traditional direct mail pieces such as core mailers, and unique options such as pull tab and scratch-off pieces.

We support our variable printing efforts with experienced prepress workers, a talented and seasoned team of IT programmers and data scientists. The result is first-class campaigns.

Digital Printing

Digital printing is an efficient alternative to offset printing for many types of projects such as marketing collateral, calendars, manuals and packaging. It is also ideal for one-to-one marketing and creating a custom-printed piece for a specific customer.

In 2022, we opened our Digital Print Center, a  $4M investment that signifies the impact of our growing digital print operation, reflecting that Heeter has successfully transferred 60% of its operations to digital over the past 5 years. Read more about our Digital Print Center.

Offset Printing

Our Heidelberg press is the foundation of our sheet-fed printing. The press is equipped with in-line aqueous coaters and has computerized color control that provides consistently high quality.

In 2021, we added an eight-color Komori GL40 perfector (GL840P) with UV capabilities. Because the press is a perfector, run times are cut in half for two-sided jobs and the UV capabilities allow for faster drying, so that jobs can be sent to the bindery or other finishing processes quickly. The press is also equipped with Komori’s KP-Connect, technology that improves productivity by sharing detailed press operating information to the press operator and plant management, adding to its efficiency.
